GUIDE or the BrainHealth Clinic: which is right for me?

It depends on the diagnosis and the insurance of the person who needs care.

  • GUIDE is for people with dementia who have Traditional Medicare (Parts A and B), live at home or in assisted living, and aren't in hospice. It adds a Care Navigator, a 24/7 support line, caregiver training and in-home respite.
  • The BrainHealth Clinic is for anyone with memory concerns, with or without a diagnosis. It works with Medicare, Medicare Advantage and most insurance, and offers self-pay rates.
