Step 1: Prepare for collection. Your sample can be collected any time of day but for best results, do not eat, drink or smoke for 30 minutes prior to collection.
Step 2: Collect your samples using the step by step instructions provided in your kit. Be sure to write your name, date of birth and collection date on the label(s) provided.
Step 3: Pack your samples and ship! Return your samples as soon as possible after collection and drop your completed kit off at the nearest USPS location.
