What is BrainHealth?

BrainHealth provides specialist memory and dementia care by phone and video, so you can get care from home. We offer two programs:

• The BrainHealth Clinic: a visit with a Cognitive Care Specialist for anyone with memory concerns, typically within 2 weeks. Billed to Medicare, Medicare Advantage and most insurance.
• BrainHealth GUIDE: a Medicare program for people living with dementia and the family who cares for them, at no cost with Traditional Medicare.
