FAQs
During our comprehensive risk assessment, we may identify patients requiring immediate medical intervention or those with advanced dementia unsuitable for our virtual telehealth program. In such cases, we provide appropriate recommendations for alternative care pathways.
Our program integrates best practices from multiple evidence-based interventions, including the landmark FINGER (Finnish Geriatric Intervention Study to Prevent Cognitive Impairment and Disability) trial and other notable academic programs. The FINGER study (NCT01041989), a two-year randomized controlled trial, demonstrated that a multidomain lifestyle intervention (encompassing diet, exercise, cognitive training, vascular risk monitoring, and social engagement) can significantly slow cognitive decline and improve performance across various cognitive domains in at-risk populations. Building on this and other cutting-edge research, we've developed a comprehensive approach that combines the most effective elements from various scientifically validated protocols to optimize cognitive health outcomes.
Our mission is to revolutionize cognitive care delivery for the millions of patients with undiagnosed or underserved cognitive conditions facing critical access barriers. By augmenting traditional clinical workflows with tech-enabled services, we aim to expedite access to neurological care, thereby optimizing patient outcomes and potentially modifying disease trajectories.
