Cognitive Testing is Proactive

Until recently, there was no known way to prevent or slow the effects of Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative diseases, but new research shows that lifestyle changes can help significantly.

Testing memory and other metrics of cognitive health is an accurate, cost-effective, and non-invasive method of detecting the signs of cognitive decline and establishing a baseline for measuring both disease progression and positive effects of lifestyle changes.
